This new MD-102T00-A course is a successor to MD-100T00-A and MD-101T00-A and covers mostly updated content of MD-101T00-A. It is not recommended for individuals who have already completed the MD-101 exams to enroll in this course.

In this course, students will learn to plan and execute an endpoint deployment strategy using contemporary deployment techniques and implementing update strategies. The course introduces essential elements of modern management, co-management approaches, and Microsoft Intune integration. It covers app deployment, management of browser-based applications, and key security concepts such as authentication, identities, access, and compliance policies. Technologies like Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint are explored to protect devices and data.

With our Certification Fast Track Training, you participate in official Microsoft training - but instead of a full week from Monday to Friday, the training is split into two smaller sections.

The Instructor-led part of the training is focused on hands on and best practices. The theoretical part of the courseware will be studied self-paced, in order not to loose precious practice time during your instructor led training days. Exam preparation is an important part of this training delivery - hence we include a Practice Test which will ensure that you will start your exam well prepared. To complete the offer the Exam Voucher is already included as well.

As a participant, you can use the time in between the training days to deepen or repeat content. In addition, you have the advantage of not being absent from work for an entire week, so that day-to-day business is not neglected.

Process of Certification Fast Track Training

After your registration you will receive an introduction to the program. You will also receive reminder e-mails from us along the way.

Below are your 5 steps of your Certification Fast Track training:

1. Self study part of the theory and labs (max 18 hours, which can be spread out over several weeks)
2. Take your 2-day Instructor Led Training, hands on practice and theory (The first 2 days of the displayed dates in the schedule)
3. Continue to practice your labs, studying your theory and complete the provided Official Microsoft Practice Test. The practice test shows you which topics need more attention.
4. Take your 1-day Instructor Led Exam Preparation Training. The instructor will clear out any questions that you have left (The last day of the displayed dates in the schedule). 
5. Use your MCP exam voucher to complete your exam within two weeks after the Exam Prep Training.

Prerequisites

The Modern Desktop Administrator must be familiar with M365 workloads and must have strong skills and experience of deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows 11 and later, and non-Windows devices.

This learning path is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of enterprise desktops, Windows editions, and Azure Active Directory. It includes exploring various Windows editions, including their features and installation methods. Furthermore, learners will better understand managing Azure Active Directory identities. MD-102 Execute device enrollment

This learning path will cover Azure AD join and will introduce Microsoft Endpoint Manager. We'll also discuss how to configure policies for enrolling devices to Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune.

MD-102 Configure profiles for user and devices

This learning path explores Intune device profiles, the benefits of user profiles and how to synchronize profile data across multiple devices.

MD-102 Examine application management

Learners will examine application management methods using on-premises and cloud-based solutions.

MD-102 Manage authentication and compliance

This learning path covers the various solutions for managing authentication. Students will also learn about the different types of VPNs, as well as compliance and conditional access policies.

MD-102 Manage endpoint security

In this learning path, students will learn about data protection and protecting endpoints against threats. This path will also cover the key capabilities of Microsoft Defender solutions.

MD-102 Deploy using on-premises based tools

Students are introduced to deployment using the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit and Configuration Manager.

MD-102 Deploy using cloud based tools

Students will learn about using Windows Autopilot and deployment using Microsoft Intune. Students will also learn how co-management can be used to transition to modern management.
